Iman Ali
Iman Ali (Urdu, Punjabi: ایمان علی) (born December 19, 1980) is a popular Pakistani model and actress. Fashion critics rate her among the top models of Pakistan. She has been described as bold and beautiful amongst the fashion circles and loves to encourage other models who show potential. Iman Ali has a strong following among her fans especially among the youth of Pakistan. Iman Ali co-hosted the Lux Style Awards in 2005 [1] and has starred in a string of successful television productions including Anarkali by Shoaib Mansoor. She is also the face of "Luscious Cosmetics" [2] which is the record-breaking new brand of cosmetics for Pakistani women.

Modeling
She was introduced by photographer Shahzad Raza in modelling. Iman Ali is also recognized in India because she has worked with several Indian designers like Suneet Varma, Tarun Tahiliani, Rina Dhaka, Manish Malhotra, JJ Valaya and numerous designers at the Bride and Groom show in India[2].
Acting career
After gaining success as a model, Iman began acting. She started her acting career in Shoaib Mansoor's film Khuda Ke Liye (2007),[3], where she was seen alongside Fawad and Shaan. The film became a superhit movie in Pakistan, as well as in India, Europe and many other places. Shaan has been quoted from an interview saying that models should stick to their work of modelling and avoid getting into acting without any prior knowledge. This comment is said to be for Iman, who stars in the movie Khuda Ke Liye, where Shaan is the main hero.
After great popularity and success with Khuda Ke Liye, Iman starred in many television serials, including Woh Saat Din a play based on the seven days on Indian Pakistani Partition and Jaye Kahan Yeh Dil a drama based on love and family relations and turmoil.
Personal life
She is the daughter of television and film actor, Abid Ali and Humaira Ali, who are now separated[4]. She has two sisters, Maryam Ali and Raimah Ali[5]. She confesses having a 'distant' relationship with her father, Abid Ali.
"My father was never there," she says. "But there is no resentment otherwise I would have moved out to Karachi. I'm very close to my mother. I'm still living with them so that must mean I'm happy." On a recent show called "Nadia Khan Show" on Geo TV she confirmed that she has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
